Lars you are not happ for this good news ? that's a classic of heroes movies for my is that a good news
No David, far from it! I'm pretty happy with the choice, although more for the general direction the line is taking than necessarily the Superman character itself.
Cant wait for the previews! This is awfully tempting...lets hope CM gets the likeness right this time.
i too am excited and wondering what pose they chose, can't wait to see the costume man i am still excited, the 26 can't come fast enough, maybe some one will put it up on youtube before i make it, but still planning on taking close ups pics of him
Yes get alot of pics please, I think the pose will be hands on the hip, very heroic and iconic, But floating or hovering would be cool to
hey never thought of the floating that would be cool, i thought of the hands on his hips too, but then i thought just standing with his hands to his side is cool there are pics of him that way and looks pretty cool , hell any pose will do its superman lol, they may even do the one where he is standing and like pointing to the sky though im not so keen on that one
Yes I like the pointing to the sky idea as well, I just dont really want an action pose, I am such a musuem pose kinda collector, but what ever they decided I am sure will be perfect

"BRING IT ON GEORGE!"
Lars wrote 9 hours earlier » No, unfortunately not... It's a glaring omission in the greensmilies repertoire. I even tried searching on Übermensch as well

Christopher Reeve was a little thinnner when that above shot was taken - around the start of Superman I. If you watch parts of II (especially the Richard Lester re-shoots) you will notice Superman is significantly more muscular, since Christopher Reeve continued to work out during the process of filming both movies. It is the later Reeve - the more muscular version, that I hope CM cover.
