Does this mean that the new series will be featuring the same characters?
That is what this message is suggesting imo.

You could be right Raf..I also feel it's carved a litlle to deep...not something I'm bothered with.I think when you're looking at a normal distance it will have a great effect with the transparent bulb on top of it.

    Although...

Paul: "Our Raptors have glass eyes that we created in house using the original reference and we own an original eye we purchased at auction."

I know Paul posted a photo of the original raptor eye he bought but I can't find it anymore...
This is one of the original raptor eyes (from propstore)...at first glance it isnt carved as deep as the the eyes on the bust,I think.

Yeah maybe a bit more smoothing would have been better , but I can see how from your normal distance viewing it would look cool with the lens there .

Paul confirmed several times that another 1/1 raptor bust was out of the question...that guys' integrity and dignity takes another beating!

"Next week, the long-awaited Male 1:1 Velociraptor Bust from The Lost World: Jurassic Park will be up for pre-order on Friday, February 9th. The Velociraptor Bust was featured at San Diego ComicCon 2016 next to the Female Bust that will be shipping in a few weeks. While these busts are the size a small refrigerator, they are absolutely stunning and make a perfect display for any Jurassic Park fan."

This a lot of money for such a small release!
The JP logo is too much on this imo.

"The first new item is a Sick Triceratops Statue from the original Jurassic Park film.
Measuring in at 4″ tall and 13″ long, the dino lays upon a themed base, complete with the Jurassic Park logo.
Edition size was not announced at the time.
    This statue will be $449."

Note: eyes will be replaced by acrylic ones!

The Lost World: Jurassic Park Velociraptor Life-Size Bust measures in at 30″ tall, 28″ deep, and 10″ wide. The included base is 10″ in diameter.
This Raptor Bust companion piece to their previously Female Velociraptor Bust (which is now sold out).
Chronicle went right to the source and molded this directly from the original Stan Winston Studios casting of the full 1:1 Velociraptor.
The piece weighs in at 72 lbs and will be limited to just 300 pieces.
The price for the bust will be $1199, but fans who order within the first 30 days will be able to lock in a price of $999.[/quote]

"Ok, the rumors are true. We’re making a 1:1 Blue Raptor Bust. However, we are looking for collector feedback on how the final mouth position should appear (open, half open, quarter open, closed). As such, we’re conducting a poll on Twitter for the next week. Please be sure to vote to make your voice heard.

Apologies in advance if you do not have a Twitter account, but the other social media platforms limited voting options to just two choices. Besides, it’s easy to set up a Twitter account and follow us @ChronicleLLC

Thanks for your support and we look forward to your feedback."
