toynami produce this, CM should do a full 1/3 scale statue with silicon face, easy job for CM
Would be nice Zhong.
How is it so damn hard to capture the Murphy likeness in a larger scale?
1/6 Hot Toys releases were close to perfect.
This would be a deal breaker for me,no matter how beautifull the armor looks.
Don't know what these companies are thinking, not popular enough Robocop items don't sell that's all I hear from them , I call BS make a great statue and it will sell .
If mine looks like this I'll be over joyed. The lips don't look too bad here IMO. I still think the lower part of the face is a bit undersized but I just love the look of that armour so much.
Oh crap. Chronicle are doing a 1:1 Robocop bust.
Nice!It will look spectacular if they can achieve the same paintjob as on the half scale!
They just need to improve the face and it will be golden.
LOL funny how the half scale Robo was going to be the last from the licence .
They will be using a lifecast of Peter Weller so hopefully it will look authentic.
Jurassic World Indominous Rex
Friday October 13th 12pm CST
Chronicle Collectibles is proud to announce our Indominous Rex sculpted by ILM and I-Rex creator Glen McIntosh. The I-Rex is part of a two piece set based on the final scene from Jurassic World where the I-Rex and T-Rex stand off in an epic battle. T-Rex and Blue will be offered at a later date.
Pre-Order Price $750 Regular retail after 30 days $800
ES will be set after 30 days.
This is a massive dinosaur coming in at nearly 30" long and 12" tall will be the centerpiece of your Jurassic Park collection. This piece will interlock with the T-rex creating a diorama that will be around five feet long. Even if you don't purchase both Dinosaurs the displays work individually.
This is the first high end licensed Dinosaur created for Jurassic World. ILM and Glen McIntosh have created an Indominous Rex that is dynamic and very light on her feet.[/quote]
This is a must-have piece for me and probably the complete diorama aswell...but man,the price is killing me!
In all honesty this is the best action pose of any dinosaur I have ever seen. This is perfection for a battle stance with the T-rex.
The I-rex will come in at approx. 900+ EUR here at our LCS...breakout T-rex was 630 EUR and it is not that much smaller (24 inch)....OUCH!
So Robocop arrived today. Could the lips be better ? Absolutely but I tell you what, I have never seen a paint job this gorgeous on a mass produced collectible. When I took it out of the box it was cold to touch and I was instantly blown away by the gloss. It really is like an Automotive finish. Their 1:1 is going to be phenomenal if they paint it the same as this.
Very nice!Armor looks fantastic.Congrats Paul.
Congrats look great.
Awesome piece and display set up...
I think this may have a small ES when all is said and done.
Cant believe it dosent have a removable helmet or a switch out head to see a portrait.
Agreed, especially considering the price close to 1000 EUR we will be paying here in the EU.
That said, personally,I would never display the statue without the helmet. It's inherent to the iconic look of the armor/character.
But yeah,it would be nice to have a JEJ portrait included.
I can only justify the price of this statue due to the fact this is probably a once in a lifetime opportunity to have a high end 1/4 Thulsa Doom in the collection. That and the very low anticipated ES,lol.
Also, kudos to Paul/CC for adjusting the helmet as promised.
So true can't see anyone do this again.
