Yes it's actually pretty similar to what you found in your house. I believe it's not as big as yours, mind you, but it's a complete attic, about 2/3 fully developed and only semi pitched. Plus a smaller room that would need some work put into it or remove the wall for one even bigger presentation room instead. My current collection would comfortably fit the already developed part though.

Yes Andre, somehow I ended up buying the Studio Scale Klingon Bird of Prey. Will be a fun endeavour I hope to share with everybody here on CBD.
