You know How is different actually between AP and usually? In fact of AP were produced 1-25 edition size Right! i just noticed last week when i found out on my T-X cer card.

The main difference was that the AP came with two bases - the original signed by Giger, and the sculptor's (Paul Komoda) original base signed by George Sohn. Only 10 were made of which seven went to CBD members, one to George, one to Paul Komoda, and the remaining one I heard went to Guillermo del Toro.

Congreat CBD members who owned it. What about T-X? Did she come with 2 base? mine is AP #0004 but as long as i have seen it seem like only one style actually Right!
No the AP T-X featured the same base as the regular run. I'm not aware of any differences otherwise. I will check with George though as I'm interested to know myself. The T-X is rare enough anyway, but having an AP obviously brings with it extra curiosity value and appeal. Congrats.
No problem.I thought these were new WIP shots. I have a feeling that many envy the owners of the cinemaquette with that exclusive base,lol...at least this is my feeling from what I read on other boards. This was a great gesture of George to "thank" the cinemaquette collectors from the first hour and those supporting the official cinemaquette forum.
Actually Phil that exact photo of Daisuke assembling the Alien isn't in the interview - a slightly different one is in there - I just checked. And yes the AP Alien was an amazing thing to be part of.
I just read a short article on H.R. Giger ... apparently in the 60's he had people spit on windows encasing his work at an exhibition. RIP HR Giger, and thank you for your work!
