With these elitist collectibles we are basically paying for :

---> a high quality production piece with intricate details (peace of mind)
---> the perception of almost two collectibles for the price = elaborate, unique base which tells a story...often as impressive as the character
---> a very limited collectible due to the high pricing
---> a 'boutique' experience all around

But yeah, 2750,- EURO for a 1/3 ECC statue in Europe is just crazy money.Afterall we are still talking mass production.
Personally, these days I'm comfortable paying around 1000 EUR for a high end collectible with a relatively low ES.
Prime 1 1/3 Predator ,Alien & Terminator will be the only exceptions.(still 1000 EURO cheaper than a 1/3 ECC)

Oh wow they're going forward with Freddy so shortly after Jason and ahead of Mohawk.

Well that seals it for me. With a year in between I might have considered but both being released pretty much at the same time? Mission Impossible for me.
