I agree ,Legolas wasn't the best choice for a CM treatment...but Gandalf...c'mon guys, the wizard is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO iconic & representative but it is like Lars said I guess...a matter of opinion.
And frankly I cannot understand why CM would choose a sidecharacter like Legolas over THE main character Frodo to begin with????It was always about Frodo and his journey to destroy the ring...
It should have been Aragorn,Gandalf and Frodo,...not Aragorn,Gandalf and Legolas!
(it's like choosing Solo or Fett over Luke!)

I see that the CM Predator flippers on ebay UK have had to knock £200 off their rather over-stretched asking price of £2000 due to lack of interest.
Come on boys, you have to do better than that, FPI are under-cutting you by over £800!

yeah i have seen those and i would go for them but as you know trying to get the pred first, you know actually don't you think , it doesnt matter if they are from far away, and don't have a confirmed email address as long as you get the money, what the heck, i can see if its the other way around when you have to send money and they rip you off, , but if they send you the bucks, thats what counts no? anyway i have been using ebay damn for many yrs now and knock on wood , i only got screwed oned, for a poster of the incredible melting man, sent the 10 bucks and never saw a poster,, have bought all my muscle cars from there too , so far so good, but true must be careful

Well you dont have protection if the address is not confirmed, they can say they never got it and file on ebay dispute, then my paypal money gets frozen.. its happened to me with a bowen piece I sold, I sold it for like $500 dollars and had to refund more than half the money to settle with the seller,it was that or I forfiet all the money and or the statue,, so I dont mess around with unconfirmed addresses anymore, I just watch my back

Enz sorry to read about this and your other ebay woes.
About your point above. What I don't understand is why ebay don't tighten up on this sort of thing. If you specify that you will only ship inside the USA to a confirmed address, ebay should afford you the option of being able to block any bids which don't meet this criteria. I used to find this happening to me a lot. You'd clearly state no foreign bids, only to get landed with a winner from Nigeria - the scam capital of the planet.

Right, they do offer that option to block out certain bidders, I just chose otherwise, benefit of the doubt, but for now on its blockage for other countries,,,
