Here are the arms added some elbows then I added the suit just to see how it will look , still need to smooth out clay so you don't see the lumps through the spandex .
    I'm liking what I see

That looks great Raf. Can you re-use the costume or is it too badly damaged to salvage?

Actually yes Steve but I do want it a different color , plus the came I may go with the same material as the briefs as that will match them exactly and would give it a natural flo, I know the movie cape was not spandex , but I'm just want to see if that would work

Raf is the eventual intention to offer the customisation to anyone who can provide a Superman CM head? Only it seems to me that once you get te body cast its just a case of someone paying for the materials, your seamstress to make a new costume, and your time to assemble.

Yes Steve this wont be a one of a kind , anyone who has a superman cm , can get this pose , and no need for a new costume as the original can be used , but of course they need to understand that the cm body will be cut up and dicapitated , price would be like 500.00 plus shipping if anyone is interested . To make a new costume I still don't know what price that would be . But as I said the original costume can be used .

Do you have to cut up the original owners piece Raf? I mean if you have a cast of the body don't you just need the head which the owner could detach and send to you. I expect most would prefer to pay for a new costume rather than pay to ship the original piece to you and have it cut up. This way the original piece/costume isn't ruined.
That has to be less work for you as well. Put that offer on the table and I think you'll get a lot of people wanting a bite of it.
