My pleasure. What do you think of the Predator Otto?
Personally I hate the head...it feels as if the head(crown) is too smal in comparison with the rest of the body and those dreads are just plain awful.Maybe they didn't plug these the right way or something but it looks very unnatural to me.I hope this gets improved for those interested in buying one.Unpainted proto looked much better in that regard.

Those XM Transformers ,especially Starscream, are the best I have seen from any company. These have the feel of the cartoons but then in a more realistic en detailed fashion. The poses are great and very dynamic aswell...Starscream & Dark Phoenix are really the highlights of this STGCC imho.

    About the xm predator:
We've received many questions regarding our Predator/Alien line. While heavily inspired by the movies, XM is not making movie accurate replicas/products tagged to any specific movie. Instead we are referencing the comics, novels and expanded worlds of Predators/Aliens, many possibilities of characters who may not even have appeared on film (Now if we took specific movie licenses then we can't explore these amazing possibilities).

There are many excellent movie accurate products on the market so we'd like to bring to collectors more variety, unique, original, artistic versions. Of course, we will still reference heavily from the movies. (incredible source materials!) The current Predator shown at STGCC is inspired largely by the Jungle Predator with long time Predator/Alien sculptor and maestro Narin infusing his personal style with new details, adding a dash of human touch. It's similar to the concept of only one Batman but there are many artistic styles from Jim Lee, Neal Adams, David Finch to Frank Miller etc. This line is simply the XM-Narin style line! We sincerely hope you will like it.

And for those who noticed the Dreadlocks seemed different from the Thailand Comic Con, that's because this painted version is freshly made and we've yet to perfect the positioning of certain pieces (we were distracted by the cute cosplayers around us). The base is also not final and we are soaking in all the feedback to make this piece better. We welcome more feedback and inputs! Its how we roll!

They can change the dreads all day long...it will remain one ugly looking , ill proportioned predator with a crappy pose.
You need to be an unconditional fan of Narin or XM to proclaim this to be a great statue.
I'm srcatching my head when I read all those posts telling this was the best piece at the show.
    Unbelievable.

Unbelievable paintjob if that's a production piece.Best I've seen if this is what people will be receiving.Dreads look better than before.Pose has grown on me.Still have a problem with the unmasked head proportion- and designwise. That crown is ugly as hell!

I'm not a huge XM Studios fan but man this statue looks great.
Then I saw the name of the sculptor and I was like,ah OK,now I understand.

Production piece of the Luke Skywalker Snowspeeder 1/4 statue.
This looks like a statue Attakus would have released 15 years ago. :|

Hah, this actually looks pretty cool to me. 1/4 scale, hmm, figured maybe 600$. Then I learned about it's real price. Ok, NOT. What happened to this hobby?

Concept is cool but there's a lack of detail.
XM is pretty good with comic characters but you can not approach movie statues the same way.
Their Star Wars characters lack realism. The fact that these are completely sculpted doesn't help, especially if we are looking at smooth surfaces as Luke's orange suit or Vader's cape, etc.
